Peak Business Equipment, in conjunction with product manufacturers, offers limited warranties on many products listed on this website. Details are listed below and pertain to new machines only.
90-Day Warranty:
The 90-Day Warranty is a limited warranty that covers non-wear parts on new machines up to 90-days from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Replacement Part(s).
- Labor (at our service facility in St. Louis, MO).
This warranty does not cover:
- Shipping and Handling charges associated with parts or machines sent to our service facility in St. Louis, MO.
1 Year Limited Parts Warranty:
The 1 Year Warranty is a limited warranty that covers non-wear parts on new machines up to 1 Year from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers:
- Replacement Part(s)
This warranty does not cover:
- Labor, travel, service charges or any other cost associated with replacing the original part(s).
- Shipping and Handling charges associated with parts.
Warranty Service:
All warranty service is completed at our St. Louis, Missouri service facility. There is no charge for the labor to replace or repair machines under the 90-Day Warranty listed above.
Shipping and Handling is not covered to or from our service facility.
Parts not covered under Warranty (90-Day and 1 Year Limited):
Wearable items include, but are not limited to: blades, sticks, staple heads, light bulbs, rubber rollers, belts, feed stones, separator pads, fuses, clutches, and brakes. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses. Warranty claims must be submitted with replacement part order. Peak Business Equipment makes no further warranty of any kind. FOB St. Louis, MO.
