Shipping / Delivery Information

Peak Business Equipment believes in keeping the order process as quick and simple as possible. We want your order to arrive safely, quickly and without any surprises.

Orders weighing less than 100 lbs:

We will ship these orders using a package delivery service such as UPS or FedEx. Most orders ship within two business days and arrive soon after.

Orders weighing 100 lbs or more:

These orders must ship using a standard freight method, which basically means a tractor trailer will deliver your order on a skid.

You'll need the following to receive orders weighing 100 lbs or more:

  • Shipping Dock (that can be raised or lowered to the same height as a tractor trailer)
  • Pallet Jack or Fork Lift to remove the order from the trailer

Missing one or both requirements above?

No problem, we can still deliver your order, but the freight companies will charge more to do the following:

  • Remove the order from the trailer and set it on the ground or floor if possible.
  • Deliver the order inside your building, but not any further than the doors or receiving area.

Peak Business Equipment does not cover these extra charges. We will contact you to make payment arrangements before the order ships.

Free Shipping Offers:

Free shipping offers cover standard package and freight deliveries within the continental United States only.

They do not cover extra charges imposed by freight companies such as inside delivery or removal and lowering of the order from the trailer to the floor or ground. We'll contact you to collect payment for these added services before shipping.
