Axode Vision Systems Solutions
Overview
Axode can read almost anything
found in the document processing environment - OCR (character
fonts), 2D Advanced
barcodes, standard barcodes, symbols, patterns and OMR. Axode also provides system oversight, control
and reporting functions.
Some example applications include:
- Sequence number checking /
piece registration -
read sequence numbers to verify document order and/or missing
document for complete quality control.
- In-line inkjet addressing
- (Read-and-Print) Reading OCR or barcode information and
sending corresponding data to an inline inkjet addressing
system for a closed-faced match mailing. Features reliable OCR
reading that's passed to the inkjet for tracking and printing
of data. Fast setup and easy integration with any inkjet
with a read-and-print controller such as the Kirk Rudy NetJet,
Buskro and Scitex Printers.
- Document matching and
selective inserting - Using one or more cameras
reading OCR text or barcode information on personalized
documents. A single camera can read and trigger the
selection of one or multiple inserts for selective
feeding. Matching can be accomplished between inserts
and/or between a closed-face pre-printed envelope and matching
insert(s).
