Description: Using simple low-cost cameras, images of personalized document such as inserts and envelopes are displayed on a p.c. screen while the inserter collates and stuffs personalized documents.  Machine can be setup to display document side-by-side every 1-10 cycles to aid the operator in ensuring no errors occur. 

The system doesn't stop automatically when a match error occurs, but rather makes identifying errors quickly and with the fewest of consecutive mis-matches since the operator doesn't have to stop the machine and check manually...thereby losing valuable time.
