Delivery Time:

Orders typically ship within one to two business days after your payment is received. We'll contact you if there are any delays.

Free Freight:

Free freight offers are based on UPS Ground shipping rates within the continental United States only.

International:

Peak Business Equipment makes every effort to ship international in a quick and efficient manner. Exporting products may cause delays, so please take this into account before ordering. Your international order may include fees, duties, taxes or surcharges imposed by the shipping company and destination country that are not included in the prices on this website. Please call with any questions.

Rates / Shipping Charge:

Items over 150 lbs cannot be shipped using a packaged-based method commonly used with UPS. We will ship these items using a common carrier with competitive pricing or you may elect to use your own carrier. Additional fees may apply if the carrier cannot deliver to a standard freight dock.

When your item arrives, please do the following:

Inspect the packaging for damage before signing and accepting the delivery. If you see damage, have the driver note it on the paper work and that the note is on your receipt. If the damage is significant, you should refuse the shipment and we'll ship a new item to you as quickly as possible. If in doubt, send it back. We cannot take responsibility for deliveries after you've signed for them w/o noting damage, but will do everything possible to remedy the situation at no charge to you.

Unpack your shipment within 24 hours of accepting delivery to inspect for damage, wrong item(s), missing parts or if the item(s) doesn't work properly. Please contact us immediately if there are problems like the previously mentioned.

Return Procedures:

Do not return items without contacting Peak Business Equipment at (888) 584-7272 or it may be refused at delivery. Do not return items to the manufacturer unless requested to do so by Peak Business Equipment.

You must have an RA (Return Authorization) number from Peak Business Equipment to return orders and this should be included in the packing slip. Do not write this on the outside of the shipment, box, crate, etc...

Return Unopened Items Procedures:

You may return your order for full credit, minus a 20% restocking fee and any shipping/handling charges up to seven business days from the receipt of order as long as the order hasn't been opened, is in the original packaging and may be resold as new. The packaging itself must not be damaged, marked, written on or altered. Do not return items for full credit without receiving an RM Number from Peak Business Equipment.

RM Numbers are good for seven days. Your return order must be received with this time frame.

Return Opened and/or Used Items Procedure:

Sometimes an item doesn't meet your needs after you've opened the packaging and/or used the item. Contact us within five business days of receiving the item to return it to Peak Business Equipment. We'll resell your item at a discount and we'll credit you up to 50% of the price you paid, less any shipping and handling charges after the item has been resold and paid for by another buyer. Please call us at (888) 584-7272 to make arrangements.

Refunds / Exchanges:

All refunds, credits and exchanges are at the discretion of Peak Business Equipment.

Warranty:

Most products offered by Peak Business Equipment include a limited warranty covering parts and/or labor. All warranty work is performed at repair facility located in St. Louis, Missouri. Warranties do not cover certain items described below and does not include shipping the product to and from Peak Business Equipment.

Peak Business Equipment agrees to repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or component covered by a warranty, provided there is no evidence of abuse and we first receive written notice of a defect within the applicable warranty period. Wearable items are not covered under warranty. Wearable items include, but are not limited to: blades, sticks, staple heads, light bulbs, rubber rollers, belts, feed stones, separator pads, fuses, clutches, and brakes. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and does not include labor or the payment of any labor charges or incidental or consequential expenses. Warranty claims must be submitted with replacement part order. Peak Business Equipment makes no further warranty of any kind and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose. FOB St. Louis, MO.

Shipping Insurance:

We highly recommend paying for additional insurance that covers the total replacement cost of the item if it is damaged during shipping. The standard shipping insurance will not cover the replacement cost of most items.

Past Due Accounts:

The customer agrees to and shall pay any and all legal fees, including but not limited to attorney's fees, filing fees and all court costs in the event that legal action is executed to collect monies owed to Office Zone (it's successors and/or assigns as their interests may appear) on the customer's account. The customer further agrees to and shall pay additional monies equaling the amount representing fifty percent (50%) of the principal balance if the account is referred to a collection agency or attorney for collection. This additional amount is in recognition of the costs associated with the processing of said collection action. 

Order Cancellations:

Any order cancellations will be handled immediately at Peak Business Equipment. Should your order not be canceled before the item(s) ship, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges to and from the delivery address.

Charge back Fees:

A $25 charge back fee will be assessed against customers who initiate a credit card charge back against Peak Business Equipment. This $25 fee is to cover our costs in the charge back. This fee will be billed to the customer along with any other restocking or applicable legal fees and must be paid within 30 days.
