The products purchased on this website include toll-free phone support as long as you own the product. Onsite installation, training and service are not included in the price, but are certainly available for an additional charge. Please contact us before completing your purchase to learn more about the available options.
Service and Support:
Your purchase may include a factory-based warranty and may be shipped to Peak Business Equipment for inspection and/or repair at no charge during the warranty period. You only pay for shipping to and from Peak Business Equipment during the warranty period. Certain exclusions may apply, such as normal wear items or repairs that are a direct result of abuse or damage, intentional or accidental. Please call before shipping for a return-authorization for inspection and/or repair.
