Factory Authorized Repair Center
Peak Business Equipment is an authorized full-service repair center for many manufacturers including Duplo, Formax, Martin Yale, Triumph, Streamfeeder, MBM and more. We welcome the opportunity to serve you whether you purchased the machine from us or another business.
Free Estimates:
Fill out the Peak Free Repair Estimate Form and send it to the email or fax number provided in the form. Someone from our service staff will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the repair and if possible, give you an estimate during the initial phone call.
Repair Method:
Ship your machine to our Repair Center. We will use your estimate to locate the problems you noted and look for any other problems that may exist. Once we've thouroughly inspected the machine, someone from our Service Center will call you to discuss the repair and ask for your authorization to complete the work.
Upon completion, we'll send you a link to a short video demonstrating the machine has been repaired and is working properly. If there are no concerns, we'll re-pack the machine for delivery and send it after receiving your payment for the agreed upon repair price.
How long does it take?
Most repairs are completed and shipped out within one week. We will contact you if it will take longer because of back-ordered parts or delays beyond our control.
Will the repair cost more than the estimate?
You only pay for the estimated repairs unless you've athorized and signed for additional work and/or parts that might be needed. All replaced parts are returned to you for verification purposes.
Do you guarentee your repairs?
Yes! Call us if there are any problems with the repair or parts we installed right away and we'll fix it for free. See the Peak Free Repair Estimate Form for details.
